Preach about Faith (John 4:35-42) - Overseer Sung-Hyun Kim

God
is the Father.
He
is glorified by His love and pleasure (Mt 3:17).
God loved His Son so much
and the Son pleases the Father by obeying Him (Jn 17:1).
The truth
means to scatter the seed and reap it (Jn 1:14-16).
Jesus scattered the seeds of heaven through what He did,
and we reap the seeds He sowed (Jn 4:35-40).
The Harvester has already gained eternal life and authority (Mt 28:18-20).
Therefore,
believers – who became harvesters – receive the Lord’s love
and please Him (Jn 15:11-14).
The One who scattered the seed came from heaven and preached about Himself.
If you hear and believe this news, you will be saved (Rom 10:17).
Those who hear and believe the Gospel have true and secure faith.
No one can remove this faith (Mt 16:16).
God poured out the Holy Spirit
to fortify this faith (Jn 20:21-23).
Faith by the Holy Spirit is secure and continues until the Resurrection (Rom 8:11).
○ Faith comes by hearing
and hearing comes by those who preach.
The Gospel is preached in love and harvested with joy.
○ When we preach the Gospel and guide people’s spirits,
God is glorified.
So God loves them and is pleased with them.
○ The church spreads the Gospel through love
and joyfully welcomes believers who are saved.
There is no glory if these two do not harmonize.
※ Let’s preach the Gospel so that people gain faith.
Let’s diligently scatter the seed with love.
Let’s save all people as if harvesting with joy.
